Wuraoluwa Ayodele is a feminist lawyer, women's rights activist, and social justice leader working at the intersection of gender justice, gender-based violence (GBV), sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), technology, and feminist leadership.
She is the Executive Director of Women Safe House Sustenance Initiative (WSHSI), a Nigerian women-led organisation providing survivor-centred protection, support, legal services, and advocacy for women and girls experiencing violence. She is also the Executive Director of Bold Women Rwanda, where she leads work advancing gender equality, women's rights, SRHR, leadership, livelihoods, and policy advocacy.
Wuraoluwa holds master's degrees in African and Diaspora Studies from the University of Lagos and Women's Studies from University College Cork.
She focuses on technology-facilitated gender-based violence and coercive control, with a particular interest in how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, are reshaping violence, surveillance, and women's safety. Her work combines feminist legal analysis, grassroots organising, advocacy, research, and organisational leadership to challenge systems that sustain inequality and violence and to build safer, more just communities for women and girls.
